How do I get a quote?
Most leisure risks require some bespoke advice and careful representation of your risk. We may need to visit your premises to do a pre-submission survey and take all the details. Once we have all the details we will submit your package to the insurers and assist you in getting the best deal available for your needs.
How do I make a claim?
If you find yourself in a position where you need to make a claim, or a third party has had an accident at your site you need to inform us as soon as possible for us to assist you. Our team will manage the claim process and will aid you in every way. In the event of a live incident, you must follow your incident procedures and do not admit liability if a third party is involved. Your team should calmly collate details such as photos and any information from any witnesses present. We will help you to put the required claim documents together to ensure the efficient handling and settlement of your claim.
What Service do you offer?
We will review your business end-to-end when you become our client. Most leisure businesses require Public Liability first and foremost, but you will need a review of the available policy wordings and you may need a full review of your Sums Insured for material damage. We will work with you to establish your “wants” and your “needs” and put forward an insurance quotation that addresses and balances these two requirements.
Can I pay by Direct Debit?
We work with two of the largest finance companies to facilitate our clients in spreading the cost of their insurance premiums over the year. All finance plans would be subject to approval by our finance partners, but we can offer competitive rates via these partners.
