29th January 2021: Brady Insurance are delighted to add two new directors to our management team in recent weeks Marek Lach & Brid McTiernan.
Marek Lach has been appointed Operations Director having worked with Brady Insurance for over 15 yeras. Marek joined Brady Insurance as a trainee insurance broker in 2005. Over his time with the company he has certainly made an impression. Marek has won the Outstanding Achievement Award in 2009 from Brokers Ireland, qualified with his Certified Insurance Practitioner Diploma in 2010 and an APA in Life Insurance in 2014. He says about his appointment : “ I am honoured and thrilled to be appointed as Operations Director. Its exciting to be part of the management team and help the development of our company. It is challenging to be taking on a new role during such difficult times. I believe that we have a fantastic team between Carrick and Dublin offices and I hope that we will support each other and continue to build the firm as the dominant commercial broker in the region. Our goal is to be a company that our clients have pleasure to deal with and can always rely on.”
The good new continues at Brady Insurance for Bríd McTiernan, who joined the company in 2017 as Finance Business Manager as she is promoted to the role of Finance Director. Bríd brings vast experience to the role, having trained as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG following the completion of her BComm at NUI Galway. Now a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland, Bríd has found that working with Brady Insurance has enabled her to achieve that elusive work/life balance, so often not available to working parents. The progressive nature of this company, has enabled it’s team to achieve their professional potential, for themselves, the company and their clients, while at the same time respecting the importance of a healthy work and family balance. Bríd states that particularly in recent times, the company’s efforts to facilitate and assist staff in working from home, managing work patterns during these stressful times as we deal professionally and personally with the pandemic, has been remarkable.
