Are you a polish speaker looking for your next career move?
We are looking for a Polish speaker to join our personal lines team, who look after Polish clients who live in Ireland. The role is focussed on car, van and house insurance clients.
Prior experience in insurance is not necessary but an ambition to learn and upskill is a great start. We offer a training programme and supports in achieving the foundation insurance qualifications.
Our ideal candidate has fluent polish and fluent English, has office administration experience and wants to develop their career in insurance with a forward thinking and modern brokerage. We are one of the largest brokers in the west of Ireland and offer an excellent benefits package.
Does your skill set include these?
- Fluent polish and business level English
- Excellent telephone manner and customer care skills
- Experience in dealing clients & Developing relationships with them
- Good communication skills to build relationships with customers and our panel of Insurance companies
- The ability to work as part of a team and own initiative to meet deadlines
- Strong telesales & customer service skills
- Organisational Skills & attention to detail.
- Be an energetic, motivated and disciplined individual with a positive attitude.
- Excellent IT skills
Desirable attributes
- A recognised Insurance qualification such as APA or CIP qualified
